Mater – Catherine’s House
Raystech is a proud supporter of Catherine’s House, a newly opened perinatal mental health service dedicated to supporting the emotional well-being of mothers, babies and families.
Mark Miao, Director of Raystech, joined Mater’s guests for an intimate luncheon, alongside Queensland Great Sister Angela Mary and the esteemed Lady Mayoress, Nina Schrinner. Hosted by Arthur Liu, Mater Patron and Managing Director of Kinstone Development, the event was a heartfelt celebration of their connection with Mater and the transformative impact of their contributions to the community, particularly in support for Mater and Catherine’s House.
Sister Angela Mary emphasised the crucial role of community donations and the profound significance of the project. Lady Mayoress Nina Schrinner, an active Mater advocate and mother of four Mater babies, eloquently acknowledged all attendees as guardians of our community, collaborating to shape a brighter future for generations to come.
Andrew Thomas, CEO of Mater Foundation, shared that since opening its doors in March, Catherine’s House has helped more than 45 mothers in in-patient units and countless families through out-patient services.
